Cause I felt called to share what I personally use to help decompress and live with chronic pain.
Corneacare Rest heated eye masks - these help me relax my face and drift deeper into sleep. If you have chronic pain you know what the following word means: Painsomnia 🤕
C 🐝 G + C 🐝 D tincture: this has helped soothe my nerves and with how sensitive I am, supplementing with phytocannabinoids has been so helpful as studies show those of us with endometriosis/adenomyosis and other illnesses also have a connection to lower endocannabinoid tone. This can show up as GI problems, mental health issues and chronic pain.
Herbal massage mallet: this grounds me and connects me back to my body. I use it to help clear stagnant energy and tonify my body. It’s aromatherapy is also very soothing to me.
I have thoracic endometriosis so it’s been so helpful with the chest pain I experience on a monthly basis.
Magnesium cream (Relieve your Pain) - I love how light this formula is and I loveee layering it with my own formulas cause the additions of magnesium really stops my muscles from spasming.
Giant Mugwort + castor + Arnica roller ball- this is so helpful cause I can roll it on and it’s jam packed with traditional medicines like ginger, mugwort, lemongrass and more.plus it smells incredible 🌿
Plant magic pain balm - this is a full spec balm with lavender, rosemary, camphor, castor, arnica, marunggay and babassu oil. I apply this all over after a shower or a long day in the garden. 🪴
I also listen to ‘s trumpet meditation for the visuals and sonic experience to drop me deeper into relaxation.
Those of us with chronic pain need a multidisciplinary approach and I’m so thankful I have these tools. I don’t want to gate keep cause our community is suffering enough. Hope these things help you all too. ❤️
P.s I am still taking orders but am in the process of switching my website over due to some issues with the company we hired. Please dm to place an order or email us! We’re still here and still are in service to those in need.🌿🙏🏽❤️🔥🌟♉️

Join us for Ginhawa Marketplace’s Spring gathering at the Secret Garden. In this hands on medicine making circle, we’ll learn how to make an herbal massage mallet with 100% cotton indigo textiles, aromatic herbs and how to use this tool on yourself and on others. This has been such a powerful tool in my own self care tool box with helping to release tension and self regulate.
As our community moves through collective grief and such traumatic times, it’s a powerful act of love and care to create with our hands and hearts in circle with one another.
All materials provided. We’re asking for this year’s offering to please register prior to this event.

It’s been hard trying to show up as a business owner when our world is currently burning. So today I’m showing up as not just as a business owner, but as your neighbor. One thing I do know is staying connected to our own bodies and senses is such a powerful tool and skill to have in these trying times. When everything is asking us to be numb, I remember the power of my senses and how it can help ground me in the present.
I do not believe we should suffer through it. We deserve rest. We deserve comfort. I am so thankful for the magic of plants to help me as we live through atrocity after atrocity.
I thought it would be a loving gesture to offer a special. Send a gift of care to a loved one or someone who can use TLC - tender loving care and get 15% off. Include words of encouragement or a message of kindness.
Remind others that we’re here for each other. Get to know your neighbors. Take care of each other!
Healing and medicine making has always been political. Why do you think we need healing to begin with??
Nothing about this is normal. And if you need a reminder F 🧊!!! 😤

Sending you all so much love. ❤️🩹❤️🔥

Some of our favorite cozy offerings for this chilly November morning.
You may have seen in the news small apothecaries like mine will be impacted by new legislation that might do away with the 2018 farm bill. This farm bill gave us all access to plant medicine like C 🐝 D & C 🐝 G.
I’m not sure what’s ahead but until then, I’ll still keep fighting for access and making sure my community and clients are taken care of.
Please continue to support small apothecaries like mine. Your support goes directly to feeding my family, and making sure that I can continue this craft and NOT filling the pockets of billionaires.
Hope you’re all staying cozy and taking good care. ❤️🔥 thank you all for almost 10 years of supporting our apothecary.

Scorpio season has arrived and we’re feeling all the waves of grief and tension. It’s in these times that we return to grounding ourselves with simple gestures that soothe. A warm bath with an herbal concoction of magnesium, arnica, guava leaf infused grapeseed, parya (bittermelon), Marunggay (moringa) are included in this preparation to help relax sore muscles. It’s scented with the relaxing yet intoxicating blend of Lavender, Jasmine Sambac aka sampaguita, Ylang Ylang and blue chamomile to help you relax deeper into yourself.
This batch is also mooncake shaped to celebrate the moon and all the fruits of our labor and an abundant harvest. 🌕 🎃

Bayabas or guava leaf is one of my favorite plant medicines. It’s what I lean on for protection and for a number of ailments. As health care becomes less and less accessible to most, I have been loving this deep remembering of our ancestral plants
When ingested through the GI tract, guava leaf has a narcotic like effect on the GI tract but contains no narcotic. It also is anti inflammatory and has anti-micbrobial effects. This is amazing to have in hand as a rescue preparation when you have ingested something that has been contaminated. (Ie, the listeria outbreaks all across turtle island 😪)
As a preventive, there’s several studies that support its benefit for diabetes, high cholesterol and anti-cancer supporting properties since it’s also a potent antioxidant.
I love the plants are many things and are so complex. just like us! 💪🏽 🌿 Plant medicine is a reminder that we are not separate from this land. We are very much a part of it.
DM to purchase or catch me at my next pop up for Filipinx/a/o American History Month, at 10/11/2025 5pm-8pm.
Ill also be showing new work

We have been loving including these Herbal Massage Mallets with helping us release tension and pressure we are feeling in these trying times.
These massage mallets are handmade by us, using all natural materials. No glue or metal!
We add an extra layer of intention by including turmeric and indigo hand dyed linen for its healing frequencies and we fill it with mugwort and wild mint.
By focusing on the lower back, chest muscles and liver and kidneys - this helps the body release the grief and tension we have all been experiencing lately 😮💨
You can pick up one of these at our next pop up. (Check our stories out to find out more) or DM to purchase.
Hope you all our taking good care. ❤️🩹❤️❤️🔥
For those of you who a massage mallet from us, how has it been helping you? 💕
