Meet Samantha. She had very dark virgin (uncolored) hair and wanted a MAJOR change. I explained that the road to platinum hair was a long one, and there would be phases she might not love. The process took us 3 sessions, a total of 4 lightening sessions amounting in 10 hours worth of work which we spread out over the course of a week and a half.
