Went Skating Saturday for my workout 🏋🏾♀️ ended up skating 6 Miles! It was Fun and challenging... I definitely see/feel a difference in my Stamina! Three weeks ago I had trouble breathing just walking up my stairs! Thank you soooo much for your Support! 😘😘😘 @ Burger Patch
