Due to increased demand for appointments, I’m no longer able to follow up on missed or unpaid cancellations. To ensure fairness to all, I must implement a stricter policy: any unpaid cancellations will be added to the cost of your next booking. Furthermore, please be aware that repeated cancellations may unfortunately lead to denial services of future bookings.
