Every year I get a little clearer on the woman I am, my super powers, and what my purpose here is. This year offered me lessons to show myself what a good pure hearted human being I am and I fell more deeply in love with myself.

I’m passionate about my family, my business, and the ripple no matter how small. 💧

I’m excited to be here to share that esthetics is more about facials but about changing someone’s life.

I opened Enlightened Beauty in 2016, in a little corner of downtown Sacramento… Since then I expanded to a huge beautiful space covered with windows where I could touch even more people.

Alicia ( ) and I have been through so much together and there’s no one else I would want by my side. We went to esthetics school together 10 years ago. We have a common goal - To help you learn yourself from the inside out.

My approach to Skincare is much different than other aestheticians. I am a certified health coach, healer, and I truly want to help you. I lead with empathy and that is why I am able to change my clients skin…

I had a lot of rough childhood moments which led me to finding my true self. I listen to hip-hop and R&B, workout, practice yoga, go to therapy, eat a predominantly vegan diet. 💚

I’m a wife to the MOST incredible man 🤴🏽 and we’ve been together for 10 years and married for 6. We have the most BEAUTIFUL SON, KING. I post him often here… 🏹 You can also follow me personally 👨‍👩‍👦👼🏻💙

I believe we manifest our realities, anything happening in your life positive or negative is a direct reflection of your thoughts. Tomorrow isn’t promised,
so I choose a positive mindset above anything else.

Inflammatory Acne Types ⬇️

🔴Papules: When the tissue around follicles is severely inflamed, and the pores are clogged, this results in an acne papule. It is tender to the touch, swollen and pink around the edges. Papules can occur anywhere on the face and body, including the neck, shoulders, back, chest, and buttocks.

🔴Pustules: swollen acne lesions that contain pus-- the body's reaction to a bacterial infection. Pustules are characterized by a bulging reddish bump with a white or yellowish center. It is usually painful and commonly occurs on oily parts of the face and the back, shoulders, and neck.

🔴Cysts: the most severe types of acne and are caused by bacterial infections deep under the skin that can spread if the lesion is burst. Cystic acne can be chronic and cause pus and keratin-filled lumps that are sore to the touch. It usually develop on the face, neck, shoulders, back, and arms and may cause scars or pitting.

🔴Nodules: Like cysts, nodules are a more severe form of acne that develops within your skin's deeper layers. Acne nodules are firm, painful bumps that cannot and should not be popped. In some people, acne nodules can develop alongside cysts in a condition known as nodulocystic acne. This severe acne type tends to form around the lower face and jawline, and breakouts can take months to disappear.
