Today is a huge milestone for our team—Maddie, who many of you know and love, is officially starting her beauty school journey in the Esthetician Program at Hoss Lee Academy! ✨

Maddie joined The Lash Addict nearly 2 ½ years ago, planning to stay just a couple of weeks to help Julie, our owner, through a tough time. But what was meant to be temporary turned into something more. Maddie fell in love with the team, the culture, and the special environment we’ve built here at our small family business. Now, she’s taking the next big step to grow not only her career but also The Lash Addict!

Starting in guest care and moving up to salon coordinator, Maddie has shown an incredible gift for customer service. Her warmth and genuine care have made her a guest favorite, and we’re beyond excited to see her thrive in this next chapter. Beauty school is just the beginning—her future at The Lash Addict is bright, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us as a team.

Working alongside Maddie has been such a joy, and we’re thrilled to continue growing together. The best is yet to come, and the sky’s the limit! 💖

With nearly a decade in the industry, Cassiopeia’s lash career began with The Lash Addict in 2016. Dedicating a year to The Lash Addict gave her the solid foundation to further explore the lash industry, which then lead her to Los Angeles where she obtained 8 certifications with various lash extensions courses for mapping, techniques, and editorial looks. Cassiopeia also has published work in a beauty campaign with Worth It Academy! ✨
