Improving your acne doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Here’s some of my fav easy and free tips.
To everyone of my fabulous clients-
•My wish for you this year is that every time you catch a glimpse in the mirror or see yourself in a picture you feel this sassy and perfect! Because you are completely beautiful just as you are.
Take the pictures!! Look at yourself in the mirror with admiration (and even a kissy face if you feel so inclined😉)! Love yourself fully and completely, including the wrinkles and freckles. They are a part of you! A part that tells a story and adds character and depth. You are unique and whole just as you are!!

I had an opportunity recently to take time off from my job and school. During this time I intentionally also took a break from social media. I was able to go inward, to spend more time just being. I connected with my loved ones and myself. It was needed. I feel rejuvenated and came back to my treatment room refreshed. As I sat down to prepare for my clients this morning I felt an energy of anticipation. I relish the moments of connection with my ladies. Creating moments of peace and safety for them to reset and relax feeds me. Helping them love their skin and walk out with confidence is why I do what I do.

•One of my favorite things is when my clients feel safe on my table. Some choose to relax and stay quiet, many choose to open up and share a sacred piece of themselves with me. There is a physical connection that happens in facials that invites us to expose our inner selves. It’s beautiful and something I am intentional about respecting. ✨🌿

•I’ve been in a place of planning and contemplation the last bit with my business. What do I want to create, how do I want my clients to feel?
•My passion is helping woman see their beauty, for their inner glow and light to be rekindled so that it transforms their outer selves. One way of doing that is for them to take TIME for themselves, to relax, lay quietly while someone physically administers to them. This allows them to connect with themselves through all their senses, to remember their worth and importance.
•It has been harder for my clients lately to sacrifice for themselves because of the economy and rise in prices. I have personally been affected as well with increasing costs of my products. I know the first thing to be cut out of our budgets is often for ourselves.
•As I’ve taken the time to focus on what I want to give my clients I have found myself being pulled to lower my prices for a short time to be able to reach more woman. My hope is to encourage these warriors I call clients to rejuvenate and refresh themselves in my treatment room and take that confidence into their every day lives!! ✨🌿

•use gentle cleansers-look for thick creamy ones that hydrate
•put a humidifier by your bed
•add moisturizer’s, serums, & balms that hydrate and protect
