We're excited to share our new fall hours starting on September 22nd, the first day of fall!

We'll begin opening later during the week and now the full weekend as well!

New Hours (Starting September 22nd):
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 11:00 - 8:00
Thursday: 11:00 - 8:00
Friday: 11:00 - 8:00
Saturday: 9:00 - 6:00
Sunday: 9:00 - 6:00 (by appointment only)

💓Come in grab a cup of tea, journal, meditate, or catch up with a friend. If you wanna journal but aren't sure what to journal about, there are journaling prompts provided in the shadow work cards we use for class, please feel free to choose one of those!

We also have a private office space that’s great for professional massage, stretch therapy, bodywork, wellness appointments, consultations, or anyone looking for a quiet professional space for the day.
