I would like to take a moment and wish this wonderful women (Jamie Mendyk Lovay) a HAPPY retirement. we are beyond greatful to have worked with you for the last 10 years. You are not only a coworker, you have become family to all of us. Feel free to come back and sit in your break room chair just to have a cup of coffee and eat your popcorn. The salon will not be the same without you. We all love you very much. CONGRATULATIONS 🎉🎊🎈🍾

I can’t stress this enough. If you  see products that you can get at your local salon in a grocery store and a Rite Aid in a department store please think twice before you buy from them. They technically are not supposed to sell that stuff. It could be old tampered with. I don’t know how they are getting it, but it is hurting the small businesses we have had to go through extensive training and contracts to not be able to sell it to the stores so we could keep it on our shelves, and I don’t know how this is happening, but it’s very frustrating. I personally love hate the Internet but I am still old-school and would love to see businesses stay in businesses because people are shopping local. We are a professional for a reason. So please don’t buy anywhere but a salon. If you we don’t carry somthing ask us we can most likely get it for u.

Here’s the difference between warm and ashy tones. To get to the ashy tone has been a wild ride. to get here has been months and months of progress and damage. If your looking for more ash do not expect this in one sitting.

Nothing better then our aloe lotion. Sunburnt Monday. Used the lotion for three mornings and it’s healed and turning into a tan. Remember to shop local.

Hair tip Tuesday! BUY the Eurora heat protector. Check out my hair just blow dried with nothing (first picture). Second picture I sprayed the heat protector in my hands ran it through my damp hair blow dried. The more I use it the better my ends look. Once damage or split ends are there, nothing you can do but protect your hair. Don’t get to that point. Remember to shop local.

I love hearing this. Someone bought a hair product off Amazon! Guess what? It was water down/tampered with. I can’t stress enough. BUY at your LOCAL salon. Support small businesses.
