100 days of work as a member. 💚
Really picked up the consistency the last quarter of the year and I’m feeling a difference physically and mentally. I LOVE this workout. I LOVE this place. And I LOVE these people. Road to 250 is next 💪
Working full time and instructing part time can make for some long days. But I’ll always prioritize self-care ❤️
