🧘 The Guided Meditation, Group Reiki & Singing Bowl Experience begins promptly at 6:30 PM and concludes around 7:30 PM.

Afterward, enjoy a relaxing 30-minute wind-down until 8:00 PM. This is your time to gently return to the present, reflect on your experience, ask questions, and connect with others.
