However, we have noticed an increase in missed appointments and last-minute cancellations recently.
We understand that unexpected things come up, and we strive to be flexible. However, we wanted to gently remind you that missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) can significantly impact our stylists income and time. When you don't show up or cancel last minute, we lose income that we are dependent on to pay for our expenses. Your payments for services directly support our stylists.
We’re not looking to penalize our clients, but if this trend continues, we may need to implement a cancellation fee to ensure the sustainability of our business.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration in this matter.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly.
