🌿✨ WHEN THE HEALER NEEDS HEALING ✨🌿

I want to get a little personal today…

Lately, I’ve been going through what I would call a dry season. 🌵

A season where I’m still showing up.
Still loving.
Still giving.
Still encouraging others.

…but if I’m being completely honest, my own cup has been running pretty low. 🫗

I’ve been feeling tired. A little overwhelmed. A little uncertain. And honestly, there have been moments when I’ve had to step back and ask myself:

“What do I need?”

That’s not always an easy question for someone who is used to being the one pouring into everyone else.

As a healer, I’ve learned that it’s easy to talk about grounding, balance, rest, energy, and taking care of yourself…

…and then realize you haven’t been doing those things for yourself. 🤦🏽‍♀️❤️

But I’m learning something:

🌿 A dry season doesn’t mean you’ve stopped growing.

🌱 Sometimes the roots are growing where nobody can see them.

Sometimes life gets quiet so we can listen.

Sometimes we have to release what isn’t working anymore.

Sometimes we simply need to rest before we know what comes next.

And maybe that’s where I am right now.

I’m not going to pretend I have all the answers.

I’m just reminding myself that I am allowed to be the healer AND the human. ❤️

I can pour into others AND admit when I need to refill.

I can be strong AND need support.

I can be uncertain AND still trust that something beautiful can grow from this season. ✨

So if you’re in your own dry season right now…

Please don’t mistake “I don’t know what’s next” for “nothing good is coming.”

Keep tending to your roots. 🌱

Rest.
Breathe.
Pray.
Meditate.
Cry if you need to.
Laugh when you can.
Ask for help.
Give yourself grace.

The season you’re in is not the entirety of your story. 🌿✨

Meet Luna. 🐕💜

Luna has always been a dog who seems to live in that constant fight-or-flight state. She’s easily startled, always watching, always alert, and sometimes has a hard time simply settling into the moment.

So I decided to show you something I normally only share with my clients…

✨ Reiki in real time. ✨

No tricks. No forcing her to stay still. No pretending.

Just creating a calm space, connecting with her, and allowing her to respond in her own way. 🫶🏽

Watch her body language throughout the video. Sometimes the smallest changes can be so beautiful to witness. 🥹💜

Animals are incredibly sensitive to our energy and environment. Reiki can be a gentle relaxation practice for our pets, just as it can be for us.

And one of my favorite things about animal Reiki?

They get to choose. 🐾

If Luna wants to move, she moves. If she wants to come closer, she comes closer. If she wants to walk away, I let her.

Healing isn’t about forcing anything.

Sometimes it’s simply about creating a safe space where the nervous system can finally say…

“I don’t have to be on guard right now.” 🌿✨

💜 Reiki isn’t a replacement for veterinary care, but it can be a beautiful complementary wellness practice.

I’m Telia — your local Reiki Master and the founder of Healing Touch by T’la. 🌿✨

I’ve always known that I was different. Unique. I just didn’t understand how powerful that difference was until I got older.

I had to unlearn some things. I had to question some things. I had to let go of what I was taught I should be and relearn who I actually am.

And today?

I don’t care what anyone says about me.
I don’t care about anyone’s opinions of me.

Because I know who I am, and I know that I am walking in my divine purpose. 🙏🏽✨

I am a great lover of the son of God, the ascended master, Yeshua, and at the same time, I love listening to Zen stories and Buddhist teachings. I love burning sage and palo santo. I love diffusing essential oils and burning incense. I love my singing bowls. I love deep guided meditation. I love walks in nature. 🌿🪷🔔

And most of all, I love helping people.

I love watching people transform.
I love helping people reconnect with their own power.
I love helping people see their beauty.
I love helping people discover the beauty that exists all around them.

I don’t have time for gossip, malice, anger, or living in a space that isn’t rooted in love.

True divine love and healing is where I choose to stay. ❤️✨

I know I am powerful.

And I know this is what God has called me to do—even when someone walks up to me and tells me, “No, this isn’t what God has planned for you.”

See, I have a personal relationship with God.

I don’t need another human being to tell me what that relationship is supposed to look like.

I didn’t spend so much of this life walking through things largely on my own just so I could be taught everything by other humans.

I have been taught by the Spirit.
I am led by the Spirit.
I trust the Holy Spirit to guide me and lead me where God wants me to go. 🕊️

Yes, I have the gift of healing.

But am I the one doing the healing?

Absolutely not.

My gift is being able to get myself completely out of the way—to become quiet enough, humble enough, and open enough to allow God to move through me and do His own work in someone’s life.

I’m just a conduit.

I’m just Telia.

I’m walking in my purpose.
I am power.
I am a light worker.
I am a growing vessel in this world.

I am curious.
I am divine.
I am loved.
I am beauty.

I am that I am. ✨

And I’m not here to convince anyone else to be like me.

I’m simply introducing you to me.

This is who I am.

And after everything I’ve had to unlearn, relearn, overcome, and discover…

I have no intention of becoming anyone else.

I will stay me.
I will keep growing.
I will keep learning.
I will keep loving.
I will keep serving.

And I will keep walking the path God placed beneath my feet. 🙏🏽🌿✨
