The little swamp that forms on my property towards the end of the summer is not exactly an equestrians dream, but it sure is pretty. I do appreciate the opportunity to live so close to nature these past few years. Storms are a vital part of the cycle of nature, and a vital part of the cycle of your healing too. Storms bring up buried things from the depths of the ocean, and loosen the ground so you can pull up weeds by their entire root systems. They bring down dead limbs and replenish dry wells. Perhaps they could replenish the dry and dead parts of yourself too?
