Happy August!

I hope that you have had a wonderful summer so far. With summer winding down and coming to a close with the return of back to school, it’s also a time of getting back into regular routines. If you have thought about making massage a part of your routine, we offer monthly memberships that can help keep you feeling in tip top shape. If you have questions about signing up for the membership, you can call or text me at 904-335-8115.

I also wanted to give a little bit of an update in my schedule: I am now open on Mondays from 11am - 2pm. To allow myself time to catch up on admin work that I like to procrastinate on, I am taking Thursdays off of my schedule. All other days remain the same, so my office availability looks like this now:

Sundays: Closed
Mondays: 11am - 2pm
Tuesdays: 10am - 6pm
Wednesdays: 10am - 6pm
Thursdays: Closed (Admin Day)
Fridays: 10am - 6pm
Saturdays: 9a - 12pm

If you need availability outside of these hours for corporate events, birthday parties, etc, feel free to message me.

On Thursdays, my friend Andrea of Acupuncture By Andrea is at my office. If you’ve ever been interested in acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine, she is a wealth of knowledge. If you are interested in booking these services with her, you can call her directly at 904-234-3964.

First Saturday Chair Massages are back. ✨

Stop by Push Push Salon this Saturday from 10:30-12:30 for chair massages and cupping therapy with Fairway and Bloom Massage Therapy. 💆‍♀️

If you've ever said something like "I wish I could get a good massage at home" or similar, this couples massage class is for you. 💆‍♀️

During this 2.5 hour class, I'll go over your concerns and help show you how to therapeutically massage each other. By the end of the class, you will know techniques that will make each other feel better and more relaxed, and bring you closer together. 💚
