I do things a little differently at my office.

I take the time to go over how you feel today, and how you've felt leading up to now.

I ask questions.

I check in with you to make sure everything that you are experiencing is exactly what you feel like your body needs from your massage.

I emphasize that I value your honest communication. If there is a technique that you don't like, or if you need less pressure, you speaking up will never offend me or hurt my feelings.

Because making sure that you feel safe, listened to, and understood during your massage appointment is my number one priority. 💚

January Newsletter; $99 For A 60 Minute Massage In January

Happy Belated New Year!

I have unapologetically spent the first two weeks of the new year reflecting, refreshing, and decluttering. This year I didn’t necessarily feel like coming up with a New Year’s resolution. Instead, I decided that I wanted to focus on balance and practicing not feeling guilty about pretty much everything (especially and mostly things that I shouldn’t even feel guilty about 😅 ). If you did choose a resolution for the New Year, I hope that you are successful with it. And if you’ve already “fallen off the bandwagon”, I hope that you know that you can always choose to start again. :)

If your resolution has anything to do with incorporating more time for wellness and self-care, I am running a special for the month of January that might help. This month, I will not be at West King Wednesday due to being booked for a corporate event. However, I do plan on being back in February.
