Getting on IG for the first time in a long time to post some pics from the hair show this last weekend, then getting right back off.😅 This was maybe the best one yet just for all our experiences.
Highlights were getting a picture with (my forever crush😍😂) having our barber .in compete in a barbering competition on the MAIN STAGE, and scooting around our stomping grounds on electric scooters. We also may or may not have gotten in an accident on them.🤷‍♀️

This was a bittersweet appointment for us because we knew it was our last appointment together before she moved.
Debra is the mother of one of my clients, and began seeing me for her hair at the beginning of last year. She brought with her the formula for the red she’d been getting, and we have faithfully been refreshing it ever since!
At our last appointment, we decided to do something different for her big send-off. She said “let’s do what we’ve been doing, but make it LA, with highlights!”
So, here’s her new LA look.😄
Thank you Debra for continuously trusting me with your hair, whether it be our “usual” or something new and different! I hope LA is treating you right.😌

Kicking myself for not getting before pictures.🙃 But this was a great transformation! We had ~4” of roots that we wanted to blend in to the existing blonde, and we also chopped a heck of a lot off!
Finished with beach waves and my long time fav texture spray Spray Wax (formerly Wax Blast) for light hold, enhanced texture, volume and no crunch.🙅‍♀️

The difference a few extensions can make! I have some people who don’t necessarily want the extra length, but just want a little added fullness to their look. This was the case for Susan.
Since we already highlight her hair, we decided on a bright blonde shade for her extensions. We installed just 10 tape-in pieces to achieve her desired fullness in this transformation!

A little makeover for Momo (my grandma).🥰💕
There are no age limitations for pampering yourself!
We experimented with growing out her natural (and beautiful!) white/gray, but ultimately decided we weren’t ready to give up color yet and that’s okay.
A BIG thank you to my Momo, who has supported me from the beginning!💕

When you’re a natural brunette but a blonde at heart.💛
We let our roots grow out for a few months in between services and then freshen everything up with a heavy highlight. Thank you Sabrina for trusting me with your beautiful long hair!

A root drop and tonal change is all we did for this mini-transformation. We wanted to give her that “lived-in” look for lower maintenance, and to help her previous highlights grow out much softer.
I’d say we achieved that!
