The wear and tear that comes with sports is well-known. While we provide services to rehab injury, our primary goal is to ensure proper alignment, proprioception and nervous system function to increase performance & decrease injury risk.

Our doctors work with all joints in the body (shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, etc.) — not just the spine! To supplement our chiropractic care, we do myofascial release & trigger point work on muscles.

Many of our patients participate in: dance, football, basketball, baseball, golf, swimming, tennis, volleyball, lacrosse, bowling, cheerleading, powerlifting & more! One thing in common- they all contribute some of their success to ongoing chiropractic care.
