Why I started PRIMAL beauty: this has always been a very common sight in our household. This is my 10 yo’s arm, red irritated and itchy eczema that likes to flare up inside his elbows, on the back of his arms and behind his knees. There are many causes that can cause eczema flare ups, for my son, it’s excessive sweating and then scratching the itchy spots till there bleeding and scabs. Fortunately, the butters and salves I make are formulated especially to combat this here situation and with a quick application before bed, I’m happy to report his eczema is once again under control for the time being. The whipped body butter has been our little miracle. ❤️ .warrior.princess

Tomorrow…I turn 43. Wtf.😱 Another year of gratitude and growth. Every year I push myself to be healthier, stronger, better then the year before. Each year that passes, my gratitude humbles me even more. Here’s to another year of stronger, healthier and amazing!🥰🏝
