Jobs I've had before becoming a Spray Tan Artist... and there were A LOT. 😂

For years, I lived in the Twin Cities trying to figure out who I was and what I wanted to do with my life. I worked job after job, wondering when I'd finally find something that felt right.

I even went to college and earned a degree in Computer Support Technology. I can still fix computers and enjoy tinkering with them, but deep down I knew it wasn't what I was meant to do.

Looking back, every job taught me something. Every position, every challenge, every "this isn't it" moment helped me learn more about myself and what truly mattered to me.

I've been around spray tanning for more than two decades and have been getting spray tans myself for just as long. I fell in love with the idea of having a beautiful, sun-kissed glow without spending hours in the sun or exposing my skin to unnecessary damage.

What started as something I loved for myself eventually grew into a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin. After years of trying different jobs and career paths, I realized that helping people look and feel their best was what truly lit me up. Now I get to do that every single day.

I get to help women and men feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. I get to build relationships, hear stories, celebrate milestones, and make people feel good about themselves. That's something no computer degree could have given me.

If you've had 5 jobs, 10 jobs, or even 20 jobs, don't be embarrassed by your journey. Sometimes the jobs that aren't meant for you are the ones that lead you to the one that is.

Finding your purpose isn't always a straight path. Sometimes it takes years. Sometimes it takes decades.

And if you've ever dreamed of starting your own business, this is your reminder: it's never too late. You're never too old. You're never "too far behind."

Keep going. Your path may not look like everyone else's, but that doesn't mean you're lost. It might just mean you're still becoming who you're meant to be. ✨
