YIN Wellness yoga and Tai Chi classes offered through Harmony Fitness will be canceled through April 18. We will reassess this decision along the way but believe we really need to follow the guidance of the CDC related to social distancing. In yoga, this act would be referred to as ahimsa translated to mean not to injure, compassion, or loving kindness. While disruptive, it is so important that we stop the spread of this virus and make sure we think of others first.
We look forward to coming back with a lot of energy and lower prices.
