Depths of Nail

Yesterday was really hard. I said goodbye to one of my friends. I had the privilege of taking her on as a client when .mickelson.nails moved and I had no idea what a gift she was giving me!

Sally is the epitome of a strong independent woman. She has the loudest laugh in the room. She only says what she means and has the driest sense of humor.

Visitors are limited but she let me sit with her and cry. She told me she misses our conversations but that she’ll be watching me (as she aggressively points to her eye and then at me😂) I truly hope to be half the woman she is and I’m really going to miss holding hands with her and talking about Harry Styles💕

This job is so much more than painting nails. I get the privilege to make deep connections and follow different stages of life. Weddings, babies, graduation, and now passings. I’ll never take any of that for granted🤍
