Cheers to my 30s 💫✨

I’m a proud PCOS girly — living with random inflammation flare-ups, fluctuating weight, severe anemia, hormonal imbalance, and vitamin deficiencies.

Even with the meds, supplements, and rough days, I made the choice every single day this year to become better than the person I was yesterday.

My health resolution for this year was simple but powerful:
✨ Stay active — 30 min to 1 hr a day ✅
✨ Do something uncomfortable ✅
✨ Practice my 3 P’s of affirmation ✅
✨ Finish a race under an hour ✅

It may have been a 5K, but I did that. Every step, every training session, every tear — they all reminded me that:

I’M THAT GIRL. ALWAYS BEEN THAT GIRL. 😏💗

But honestly, I couldn’t have done it without my amazing support system — especially my lil sis Shauna, who reminded me to keep pushing when things got tough. 💪

To my social media fam, thank you for all the birthday love, messages, and good vibes — I feel so seen and supported. And most of all, thank you, Lord, for blessing me abundantly.
