Between the St. George Marathon, Trail Hero, the PGA Tour, and half a dozen other things going on this weekend, town has been an absolute zoo.

Instead of fighting the traffic and the crowds, I decided to just stay home, turn on some music, and clean the house from top to bottom. And you know what? It was much needed.

Sometimes staying in and keeping your space quiet is the absolute best decision you can make while everyone else is out chasing the madness.

Yesterday, I put out a post hoping to fill some open space on the schedule, and you all showed up in a way that truly means the world to me. Seeing the calendar fill up with familiar faces and new ones is a reminder of how lucky I am to be surrounded by such an incredible community.
There is nothing quite like a solid, honest day of hard work with great people in the chair. It leaves you tired in the best possible way and overflowing with gratitude. Thank you for trusting me, for supporting what I do, and for always having my back.
