One of the hardest parts of being a business owner sometimes isn’t the money, the growth, or the stress…
It’s the people.
You work beside someone, invest in them, celebrate their wins, know their lives, and somewhere along the way, they become more than an employee to you.
And then sometimes the working relationship ends. Sometimes it ends beautifully, with mutual respect and a relationship that continues beyond the job. Other times, you realize the relationship meant something different to each of you &
You have to grieve them.
But I’ve learned the answer isn’t to stop caring. You welcome someone new, invest again, trust again, and open your heart again.. even knowing you may eventually have to let go again.
And again..
And again.
Heartache is also a big part of building a business.🩷
The games they’re playing out here are unreal 😭😂 I’m not asking for much… just consistency, loyalty, communication, and maybe not having to solve a mystery every three business days. 💀

Facial balancing doesn’t have to happen all at once. 💗
Some patients want an immediate transformation.. and others want to build toward their goal slowly, whether that’s because of budget, downtime, or simply because they prefer subtle changes over time.
Both are completely valid.
