I have been receiving a lot of requests for lymphatic massage recently! I still have a last minute opening tomorrow (Thursday 8/13), and Friday (8/14), so if you are hoping to get in for a lymphatic massage before or after your upcoming surgery or procedure, please reach out and get on my schedule before it's too late. !

Good morning St George!

There are only a couple more openings next week, if you are interested in getting scheduled. Looking at the rest of August, spaces are definitely filling quickly!

We know that school is starting soon and this may be your last chance for a little while to take care of yourself. Don't wait until last minute to schedule your much needed self-care.

Miranda has a son going of to college this year, and it's going to be a full day of driving to help him get settled and moved in. We know how hard that can be, but we also know how to prepare your body for the trip. If you are someone that would rather recover your body after the trip, get in the schedule for the very next day because you will be in pain, and you don't want to be in pain longer than necessary!

We understand that some parents just don't have time for self-care while the kids home, so if you are one of these parents, listen up! School starts on the 13th. Of course this is a Thursday this year, so you won't actually have time for yourself until Aug 17th. We only have a few more openings that week, so schedule something now and thank yourself for the relaxation.

Miranda is starting her apprentices today!

We are so excited to collaborate with Desert Springs, and begin our teaching journey! We have two massage apprentices and two assistants in training.

As Miranda looks over the curriculum, she has started remembering her first days in school. They are all about hygiene, sanitation, and learning what safe touch means.

As a licensed therapist, we forget that we we have created an image, routine, and safety. Starting to teach the next generation of therapists really opens your eyes.

We can't wait to introduce them to everyone when they are ready to start working on the public! For now, they will be learning how to set up their space, and find out what the body tells us.

Can you believe we are already into the last week of July!? I feel like December was just yesterday! Summer is almost over and school starts back up in a couple weeks. If you know somebody on their last vacation of the season and they could really use a little "me time" or if you need to recover from your last vacation or prepare for you next vacation, we would love to help out!
