Your skin has different priorities during the day than it does while you sleep—so your skincare can, too. ☀️🌙
During the day, your skin is in defense mode, working as a barrier between you and the outside world. Your morning ritual should help keep it hydrated while supporting that protective barrier against daily stressors like sun exposure, dry air, and environmental pollution.
At night, the focus shifts. While you sleep, skin increases its natural renewal and repair activity, making your evening ritual a good time to thoroughly cleanse away sunscreen, makeup, pollution, sweat, and buildup—then replenish the skin with hydration and nourishment.
