Serenity Now Massage

Wow, I can't believe December is here!! Summer and Fall have been lovely and surely zoomed by.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to offer chair massage at the Columbia County Mental Health Fair, the Senior Health Fair as well as a Teacher appreciation day in Scappoose. It made me so happy to share my heart and my hands with our community.

I have a brand new table warmer for my space in St. Helens and what a great addition for the upcoming winter wellness days!!!

Two of the many benefits of massage therapy are a better nights rest and reduced stress.

I am grateful to be both physically strong and able to offer deep tissue massage as well as emotionally strong and able to extend palliative care. Whether you are in the middle of your life's adventure or at the end, the power of touch is priceless.

Yesterday, I loaded up my table and massage gear to head out for a mobile massage. After the massage, my client told me I am the key to help unlock her back. That was such an awesome compliment!!

I am so grateful to help people live the life they want with less pain, stress and discomfort.

Friday I have full day in Portland, offering my skill and energy to the clients who come and see me at Massage Naturally.

I had such a lovely weekend and my heart is full of joy. Friday I was able to massage some clients in Portland to help melt away their stress from the week.

Spent some time breaking bread and connecting with friends, which always nourishes the soul.

Tomorrow I will be massaging at my St. Helens massage studio located in Belleza Salon. Come and check out my new space!!

My heart is so happy to have visited a local Retirement Facility today. I am honored to have massaged six wonderful people and be part of their self-care day.

This week I am visiting a retirement facility and so grateful to offer a palliative touch to the more life-experienced humans of our community. Senior Citizens have so much wisdom to share and I am honored to show some of my adoration through massage therapy.

I have one mobile massage scheduled tomorrow and four on Friday at my Portland location. I am so grateful to help people feel better and be part of their wellness day.
