Hope30 “potato” soup recipe (link in comments)! Was DELICOUS! We made this yesterday and Keith said it’s better than any potato soup he had. The radishes give it a bit of zing. Kerry recommended if you don’t like zing you could use turnips instead! The recipe said to simmer for about a hr till fork tender, but we simmered for over 2 hrs. Well worth the wait! Connor even liked it!

I’ve started and stopped low carb/keto/ketovore so many times…..but I keep at it! A great diet, which is just a fancy word for your way of eating, is a tremendous help! Choose what works best for you and sometimes you don’t know until you really try!
Remember every day is a new beginning so take a deep breath and start again 🥰

Mine is steak!
Today I’m having leftover steak—pan fried in avocado oil and butter! Side dish of green beans and an apple 🍎. Yum!

Early lunch today! Had spicy mushroom and onion soup, pan fried steak, green beans, peppers and an apple!
*Wasn’t able to eat it all ! 1/2 of this was given to my husband ( I did eat all the apple 🙃)

Be Glad- I am glad for GOD because he is forgiving, loving and patient! Life isn’t always easy and at times can be very hard! I’m working on letting go and letting God!
