Effective immediately:

If you have an appointment that is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will owe 50% of your services as a cancelation fee. Example: If your service cost $50, you will be required to pay a $25 cancelation fee.

I do understand things happen but I must put this into place due to the growing number of last minute cancelations when I have had to decline appointments as I was not notified well in advance to attempt to fill the canceled appointment.
