I love and appreciate every single one of you and the support you show my business—it truly means everything to me 🤍

With that being said, I’ve recently had an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows. As a small business owner, this directly affects my schedule and income, so I’ll be strictly enforcing my policies moving forward.

Please read carefully before booking:

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee(*due to being sick or illness, or have a family emergency that is excluded from being charged a fee*)

• No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals—after that, your appointment may be canceled and subject to a fee
