IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR RECEPTIONIST

Seeking a mature, confident individual who thrives in a dynamic learning environment. Able to do on-the-job training. There is a need to be social and interactive with people. This role is ideal for someone who can adapt quickly, handle constructive feedback, and effectively multitask while learning to use a simple, user-friendly web-based application. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, assisting clients with their needs, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate client information. Finding things to do and staying busy are mutually beneficial. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service are essential. As we are in the beauty industry, preferably someone who enjoys looking presentable, classy, yet comfortable.
