The Wellness Room can be booked through our regular online booking link — just look for “Wellness Room” under services.

You can reserve the room for some quiet time to yourself (or come with a few friends), bring your own routine, use the mats, blocks & bolsters we have available, or choose something from our preloaded YouTube playlists on the TV.

And right now, while we’re introducing the room, your time is complimentary through October 31! 🤍
