As a Licensed Cosmetologist, I have always done hand exercises to keep my hands mobile and arthritic free (plus I had some fingers cut off, but surgically placed, while cutting wood when I was very young). So, I have always exercised my hands, etc..
I also played violin, viola, cello, and guitar to keep my hands mobile..
This is Great for anyone who uses their hands daily for work…
Stylists what do you do to stay mobile and arthritic free??
