Somewhere On A Beach Tanning

Unfortunately, we still have no water... it's impossible to do business with 2 different companies to get something done. Especially when one of them will not answer the phone or return your calls when you leave a message. The city has to release it so that Missouri American Water can come turn it on. We paid our bill.... yesterday they sent me an email saying they needed to check our meter. Minutes later our water was disconnected "due to nonpayment of our sewer bill... We paid it on the 24th of September... Not sure what is going on, but it is frustrating. Nobody at the city would answer phone calls. I left 2 messages. It's not good customer service and poor business on my part that I cannot even conduct business at this point. I am at their mercy. Are they even going to be there on Monday? It's Columbus Day! Pray for me! I'm menopausal and cranky. 😡😡😡

We are experiencing some plumbing issues in our building... water line issue. Staff is unable to use the restroom or fill up our bottles to sanitize our beds.
With these issues, we cannot really provide great service to our clients.
We are CLOSING at 5:30 pm. We thought we could get this solved before now, but have been unable to get in touch with the correct people to help us. We DID pay our bills!! LOL
