I am a massage therapist that provides mild to deep tissue massage therapy and Reiki.

Your massage is a full sixty minute massage. Your treatment will be individualized with connective tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, soft tissue release, assisted stretching and energy work.

I have been self-employed as a massage therapist since 1984. Before this, I was a registered nurse.

My goal is to be a good listener about your concerns on how your body is feeling and functioning. Then we will work together to release stuck tissue and deactivate painful trigger points. This will help decrease pain, release toxins, increase circulation, increase range of motion, and increase flexibility. This will also help you feel more relaxed physically and mentally

Park Nicolett Clinic doctors in the Physical Medicine and Rehab Department and the Occupational Medicine Department have been referring their patients to me for many years. I also get referrals from chiropractors and physical therapists. Several of my clients are also massage therapists.
