Thank you for being so patient with this process. The online booking system will be open for you to book at 9 am tomorrow (June 11). If an appointment is made before then, it will be denied. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS LIST OF NEW PROCEDURES:

- If you are sick or have been around anyone else that is sick please stay home and reschedule

- Masks are REQUIRED for all services (if you do not have any, you may purchase one from me)

- Only one client in my suite at a time

- Please pay with cash, check, Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal . No credit cards at this time.
- Be early for your appointment (unless I contact you stating otherwise), it is going to be busy so the parking lot will most likely be packed.

- When you arrive, remain in your car, the doors to the building will be locked - either text or call me (612)743-9417 to tell me you have arrived. Once I am through the sanitizing process I will contact you back to let you know that you may enter and will open the door for you.

- Upon entering please wash your hands or sanitize them immediately

- There will be no beverage service, snacks or magazines available

- During the hair washing service, please refrain from talking due to close face to face contact

- The cancellation/no show policy (75% of service) is strictly enforced

Hello Everyone!!

A quick update for everyone. I apologize for not sending this out sooner. If you had an appointment with me but have not heard from me yet, I have decided to see how my first week goes in the salon to determine how much I can handle. I still have my list of people to reach out to but as for now, I am booked out for my first three weeks back. Just know I do plan on calling each and everyone of you.

For everyone that didn't have appointments I will still be sending out an email as soon as I have everyone else booked so that you may schedule and appointment online. Please do not try to book an appointment at this time on my site.

Good Afternoon to Everyone!

I hope you are all doing well! As you may already know, salons have been extended to remain closed until at least June 1. My plan of action is to call clients in the order that their appointments were cancelled. This is the only way I can see this going as smoothly as possible and keeping everything fair. If you had an appointment with me that had been cancelled over the last 2 months, be expecting a call from me starting the week of May 24th. I believe the June 1st date will stick but because of so many unknowns I have been hesitant to book until we get greater confirmation. It is pointless for me to keep rescheduling people, it makes it more difficult for everyone. Thank you for you patience.

If you did not have an appointment scheduled with me that was cancelled unfortunately at this time, my online booking will be closed until I have everyone on my cancelled list rebooked. I will not allow for people to book more than one appointment because I don’t know how long this list will book me out through. Once I have everyone scheduled, I will then send out another email/social media post to notify people that they are able to book out their future appointments.

I do plan on opening up extra hours. I will be needing much more time to accomodate everyone's overdue services, increase in communications via text/calls while working, as well as the cleaning and disinfecting process between clients. Because of the longer process, I am not going to be able to take as many clients every day as I had previously been able to. I am a one person salon - I do not have employees or helpers to get me through a day. Please be patient with me as this is going to be a difficult transition to get used to.

While we are still awaiting for the MN Board of Cosmetology to actually define the rules once we open, here are some things I know for certain:

Hi Friends!! We found out today that the order has extended any salon services until May 18. I have cancelled everyone’s appointments up until that date. I have also blocked out my books until July. I am not allowing anyone to book sooner right now because I want to avoid having to keep rescheduling people. As soon as we know more, I will be updating social media and also emailing/texting people to let them know once my books are back open to book. When we are able to open back up there are going to be a number of new precautions to take - in which I will also inform you of. I hope you are all healthy and well! See all of you soon! ❤️

Just packed up all of my belongings at Salon La Terre. Thank you to all of my co-workers for supporting my career the last 7.5 years! I will miss working by your side! Cheers and 4Loko to you all!

HELLO EVERYONE!!!

I have some BIG news! After 7.5 years (HOLY CRAP!) at Salon La Terre, I am beyond excited to announce I am moving to a new location! As of November 1st, I will be operating out of my own suite at Salon Concepts in the Excelsior Grand area of St. Louis Park!! I can’t wait to share it with you!



As some of you may already know, booking will be done exclusively online. You may schedule your appointment at www.alyshahop.com . As always, if you have ANY questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me directly via phone/email, I will get back to you as soon as I am able. During this transition…and with the holidays quickly approaching…I would encourage you to book early to ensure I am able to accommodate you!
