Lately, I have had some issues involving my client policies + cancellations …

This is never the fun part about my career, but it is very important that I have these policies set in place to ensure my business can run smooth + efficiently !

💋 My current lash model clients - if you already have an appointment booked with me, you will be charged the model pricing we had originally discussed. After that, every appointment booked will be at my current rates! ( $65 - Fill / $90 - Full )

I have also included my updated service list - making it easier for you all to see the services I offer !

RETENTION :
- Not one lash cycle is the same as the next, BUT a fill appointment should be made while you still have 65% (or more) of your previous set attached!

Some Tips :
💋 Avoid getting lashes wet for 24hrs after appointments.
💋 Avoid OIL based products around lashes.
💋 Avoid sleeping on your stomach
^(highly recommend silk pillow cases!)
💋 STOP PICKING THEM!
^ This damages your natural lash growth + is a main reason for ‘gaps’ to be made!
💋 WASH THEM DAILY !!!!!!
^ I have made sure all of my current clients have a lash shampoo. This is a crucial step involving your retention, it does NOT make them fall out more!!

As we count down the weeks (only 8 to go!) until we meet our sweet baby boy, I wanted to share my maternity leave plans with all of you.

✨ My last week seeing clients will be August 31st–September 5th. ✨

At this time, I’m not sure exactly when I’ll be returning to the salon. Since this is my first baby, I want to give myself the time and flexibility to adjust to life with our little one before setting a return date. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this exciting season! 🤍
