Awaken for Wellness was born out of a desire to impact people on a deep level. In 2010 I made a shift to become a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and pursue a path of wellness coaching. Thus, Awaken for wellness was born. I choose to believe that we are all here to contribute something to the world. In order to optimize our individualized purpose, we must open the pathways to allow healing; We must transform beyond our current limits. With Awaken fostering your healing and inspiring your growth, we hope you find deep purpose and optimize your contribution to the world. Our three core therapies are a strong foundation to begin or continue your journey. Our Float Therapy for your mental-emotional journey. Full Spectrum Infrared Saunas & Light Therapy for your energetic and physiological healing. Our Professional Massage Therapy and Bodywork for your structural & muscular restoration.
