The world is changing it is becoming more and more holistic I believe that people need to be introduced to a better way of living a more healthy, natural, holistic way of living after all what it be awesome to be able to take care of yourself so you would not get sick versus taking care of yourself after you get sick that's Western medicine I'm simply implementing holistic medicine using techniques from Ayurveda and adopting the principles I learned at Aveda. I start you on a journey sort of like a planning of your path into the wellness lifestyle you have wisely chosen. I then start you on this plan usually consisting of diet exercise meditation and a reflexology. Take the time to love yourself invest in you after all that is the biggest investment.
