⨠Free Monthly Reading Giveaway āØ
Itās been a while since Iāve offered a free monthly reading, so Iām excited to bring it back this month!
Iāll be choosing 3 winners to receive a free 60-minute remote reading session.
You can ask me anything about your past, present, future, relationships, life direction, or anything else youāve been seeking clarity around.
And if youāre not sure what to ask, thatās okay. You donāt need to come in with a specific question. Iāll tune into your energy and see what may be important for you to know at this moment, whether thatās something coming up in the future, insight into your present path, or clarity around a past situation.
Sometimes, the answers we need arenāt the questions we knew to ask.

Today may bring some disruption, tension, or disagreements. Something might not go the way you expected, and it could bring an existing conflict to the surface.
If something is clearly no longer working, donāt force yourself to hold onto it. And if conflict comes up, be careful not to get pulled into it more than necessary. You donāt have to prove your point, fix everything, or win every argument.
Instead, pay attention to what the situation is showing you. What needs to change? What are you ready to let go of? What is no longer worth your energy?
The goal is to move forward, not stay stuck in the chaos. You may not have everything figured out right away, but creating some distance and choosing a calmer direction can be enough for now.
Can I let myself be seen without first checking whether I have permission to be what I am?
I had a moment recently that showed me something Iām still working through.
Someone asked me about my business and what I do. And instead of answering, I hesitated. I stumbled over my words. I became hyper-aware of how they might perceive me. I wondered what they believed in, whether they would understand it, whether they would judge me.
I realizedā¦I was still operating from a need for external validation. From the belief that I need other people to agree with or approve of what I do before I can confidently stand behind it.
Eventually, I said it: āIām a psychic medium, a healer, a shaman.ā And once I said it, I realized I didnāt need to explain or justify myself. I could just let it be what it is. I think thereās also a layer of self-consciousness around being seen. Not necessarily shame about what I do, but the vulnerability of saying, āThis is what I do. This is what I believe in. This is what I offer.ā Because once you say it out loud, someone else gets the opportunity to have an opinion about you.
Thatās the part Iām learning to release. I donāt need everyone to understand me, agree with me, or believe in what I do. I just need to be willing to stand in what I know to be true for me.
Confidence isnāt believing theyāll like what you do. Itās being okay if they donāt.
And so, yes⦠I can let myself be seen. YOU can let yourself be seen š
Sometimes the only demons we need to fight are the ones within.
The part of us that wants justice.
The part that wants to be loved without having to earn it.
The part that longs for real connection.
The part that is tired of carrying everything alone.
The part that has spent a lifetime being strong because there was never another option.
The part that wants to be seen beyond what we can provide for others.
The part that is angry about what happened to us.
The part that is grieving what we never got.
The part that is afraid to trust again.
The part that wants to let go, but doesnāt know how.
The part that keeps giving while wondering who will show up for us.
The part that wants to rest without feeling guilty.
The part that wants to be held instead of always being the one holding everyone else together.
Sometimes we donāt recognize what weāre actually fighting. The mental and emotional struggles we carry and the battles we rarely talk about.
The hurt gets projected onto the people around us.
The fear becomes anger.
The loneliness becomes distance.
The need for control becomes criticism.
The desire for connection becomes attachment.
The exhaustion becomes resentment.
The wounds we havenāt faced become reactions we canāt explain.
We think weāre fighting the person in front of us, the situation, the injustice, the betrayal. But sometimes, weāre reacting to something much older. Until we recognize whatās really being triggered within us, we risk fighting battles in the present that were formed from wounds in the past.
š«š¤ Healing begins when we stop blaming others for everything weāre carrying and start looking inward at what is actually asking to be healed.

You may be carrying a lot of mental pressure right now: overthinking, fear about the future, guilt, sleeplessness, or imagining worst-case scenarios. Anxiety may have become louder than the actual situation.
A spark or something new is developing: motivation, creativity, desire, courage, or simply the feeling of āI want to do something about this.ā
Donāt rush into this new beginning just to escape the anxiety. Instead, focus on staying grounded, giving yourself time to process what youāre feeling, and finding a balanced approach. If thereās a new opportunity or direction developing, give it time and allow it to progress in a healthy and balance way.
The real transformation comes from learning to channel that spark with patience, balance, and emotional regulation.
Iām barely online these days, but the other night I came across a post. This person left a group he was part of and shared some of his experiences. Iām familiar with who he is talking about, and this particular part stood out to me.
š£ļøāOnce you kick someone out or they choose to leave, you issue another threat: claiming you will strip away all the powers and gifts you allegedly āgaveā them, justifying it by declaring that your god requires it.ā
ā¼ļøNo one can give you or take away your gifts, your abilities, or what is inherently yours.ā¼ļø
Even if you arenāt consistently practicing or using them, they donāt disappear. Sometimes they go dormant, especially when life gets in the way and you step away from them for a while. But when the time comes, they will still be there waiting for you.
Having a mentor, teacher, or sifu can absolutely enhance your abilities. They can also provide clarity, guidance, protection, perspective, and sometimes help you develop your abilities more quickly. Much like a coach helping athletes develop their skills.
They can help you recognize things you may not have been able to see on your own and give you tools for developing your connection to the unseen. But they did not create your soul. They did not give you your intuition, your ability to think and learn, or your capacity to grow and connect with others.
Donāt let anyone convince you that walking away from something that no longer resonates with you means you have lost everything they āgaveā you.
You are allowed to continue growing, even after you leave the person who helped you discover them. Because teaching was never meant to be about ownership.
šYou are meant to teach them just as much as they are meant to teach youš
āMaster Or Noneā
That was the message that was relayed to me.
A few months ago, I pulled an oracle card for myself. I got the āDark Night of the Soul.ā It said I was ready for a more real and radiant relationship with the Divine. My preconceived ideas and safe, limiting beliefs may need to be sacrificed for this to happen. To the Divine, these are only the clothing of my spirit. The Divine was going to strip away those barriers. This sort of spiritual death is an opening to new life.
My first reaction was, āNooooooā¦š© not againā Life was good. What could possibly come up now?
Then, a few weeks ago, everything seemed to go downhill. One problem after another. I no longer felt inspired to post or teach. I tried to fulfill my duties by providing free monthly readings, hoping that would be enough to satisfy the Divine.
But it wasnāt.
Eventually, I reached out to my friend Jennifer for a Reiki session and that was when she relayed several messages, including the one I had been avoiding: āMaster or none.ā
I needed to continue my learning, teaching, and self-healing. In a way, I had been pushing back. If Iām meant to live and enjoy this life, why canāt I just live right now?
The āDark Night of the Soulā was an advanced initiation, challenging me to choose between mastering my craft and simply living and enjoying life.
The thing is, I donāt have to choose. I donāt have to give up my life, but I do have to continue my work and learning. Because in the end, this work is also meant to help me.
Being the healer while also being the one who needs healing can be especially exhausting and lonely. There are more of us who go through this, but we keep it to ourselves, believing no one gets it. No one cares. No one can help.
But I see you. And this is your reminder that you are not alone.
āØSending you strength, clarity, and love to keep goingāØ

A meaningful relationship was built on a foundation of patience, trust, and emotional maturity. This could be a romantic connection, partnership, or another relationship that truly mattered. It wasn't something that was forced. It grew because someone consistently chose the relationship.
But then something happened that changed the course of things. Whether it was a conversation, a truth coming out, or something neither of you expected. There isn't any going back to the way things were before. Someone is standing firm and refusing to compromise on what they believe is right.
Whatās coming next isnāt a quick or immediate resolution. Instead, there is a period where things stay on hold, and that pause has a purpose. It gives everyone involved the chance to understand what has happened from a different point of view before anything else moves forward.

How do you surrender and trust?
You stop negotiating with the answer you already know.
You release the need to make something happen because you believe it should. You keep showing up for what is yours to do, but you stop holding so tightly to the outcome. You stop demanding that life prove itself on your timeline, even when your mind insists it should have happened by now.
Trust is choosing peace over certainty. It's believing that what is meant for you doesn't require you to force it into existence. It asks only that you remain open, aligned, and willing to receive it when the time is right.
Surrender isn't passive. It's an active decision to stop resisting what is and stop chasing what isn't.
