Woman-owned local dispensary offering trusted products, education, and a welcoming experience Education remains at the heart of what we do.
Grounded Gardens is a woman-owned, locally operated cannabis company rooted in quality, education, and community. Based in Minnesota, we provide thoughtfully curated cannabis products in a welcoming, approachable environment designed for both new and experienced consumers. What began with a passion for hemp cultivation has grown into a broader mission: making plant-based wellness more transparent, accessible, and responsibly guided. We believe consumers deserve clear information, safe products, and a comfortable space to learn and explore. We proudly support local growers and producers whenever possible, helping strengthen Minnesota’s cannabis community while maintaining high standards for quality and compliance. Every product we carry is selected with care, with a focus on consistency, trusted sourcing, and consumer confidence. Whether someone is new to cannabis or experienced, our goal is to provide a respectful, judgment-free experience where questions are welcome and learning is encouraged. Grounded Gardens is more than a store -- it’s a space built on knowledge, integrity, and connection.
Lets create a better mother earth together!
One thing you can do this fall is not rake your leaves into plastic bags.. but rather let them live as shelter for our pollinators over the winter in your flower beds! 🍃
Congratulations on exploding the monarch 🦋 population with all your regenerative practices! 🎉
Now it's time to remove all the poison in our bodies by fighting back against the food industry that is killing us for profit! Grow as much of your own food as possible! This way, you really know what you're putting in and on your body! Just like when you buy products made by us at Grounded Gardens, you know your farmer and what your getting!
Lets help heal mother earth and ourselves by learning more about how to take care of her and being better stewards of this beautiful land!
Come check out the new products we have in!

Cleaning up plants at the farm, and we’re loving watching this season unfold! 🌱
This is such an exciting year for us! Our first time planting under our cann@bis license, and we’re learning something new every step of the way. We’re especially excited for a mild winter and the possibility of being able to harvest later in the season.
One of the coolest things we’re seeing right now is just how different these plants can be. These are all the same strain, but because we planted autos from seed, every single plant has its own personality. Some are tall, some are short. Some are fat, some are skinny. Some are purple, some are green. 💚💜
We’ve seen this over and over since we started growing h**p in 2018. When you plant from seed, you get all kinds of natural variation, even in the same field. The only way to really get uniformity is through clones.
That’s one of the things we love about growing, watching the cann@bis plant do its thing and seeing all the little differences as the season progresses. 🌱✨
Stop by the store this week and see what's new!
