Mastering a Builder set on natural nails with length isn't for the weak. They easily can become bulky, especially the more of a nail curve the client has. The key to avoiding a bulky application is...trusting the product you are using, being honest with your Clients' about realistic nail length and knowing how to shape a natural nail. A good formulated Builder gel only should require a slip (small bead) of Builder to ensure durability.

Here you see a Client with natural nails who requested a "Kitten Claw" shape. The Builder used was tinted but I ensured the application was transparent enough to see her nail plate. As well as still being able to produce the Apex for extra strength.

I love working with natural nails. They challenge me and I get to educate my Clients about realistic outcomes when natural nails are being compared to sets with artificial enhancements. 💅🏾
