Fri-yayyyy!!! Had some fun in the salon today!
Full highlight and tone!
My client came to me with box colored hair with lots of warm tones.
She wants to get to an ash blonde!
I’m sure we are pretty close to the inspo photo after today’s color but we are going to do one more process!
I’ll attach the inspo along with before and after photos!

Tried a new balayage technique on a Mannequin at the salon yesterday!!
Braided Balayage!
Root touch and lowlight color 6N and light and toned with 8GN, 9P, 9VB

Had grandma in the salon today!!
We took 2 inches off and added so many beautiful layers!

Haircutting class with some of the girls from work was so much fun today!!
Learned some fun new techniques that I can’t wait to try out!

So I met this client a couple weeks ago when she booked a haircut with me as a walk in.
During her appt we discussed color and setting that up! She initially wanted a reverse balayage on her beautiful level 9 hair.
I had a feeling that would change 🤭

She walks in for her appt today and first thing she says is so I changed my mind about the balayage.
So we decided on a lowlight instead!!
And I am so happy we did!!
Because it turned out so beautiful 😍

She loves cool tones so I did equal parts of 7na and 8na with a dot of blue for the lowlights then I toned her blonde with equal parts of 10p and 10v with a dot of blue!

We were both in love with the end result!!

Did a very subtle face framing highlight. She lifted so naturally and she loved the lift we got so we just stuck with it and just toned with 8g and she is in love with it!!
I can’t wait to see her again!
