Both of these girlies were at a 10+ week grow out. They did an INCREDIBLE job of at home care. 🏠
📸 I almost forgot to capture the second girly & started to remove her row when I stopped myself and said, “No. Wait. I need to capture this because you did incredible.”
(She literally always does)
Now.. the length of time in between maintenance appointments will differ from person to person for various reasons.
✨BUT no matter if it is 5 weeks or 13 weeks… at home care is the utmost important. You HAVE to be gentle. GENTLE! GENTLE! GENTLE!. I literally can’t say this enough.
💥The tools/advice we set you up with is from experience and education. Whether that’s personal experience, what we see from our clients coming in or the classes we have taken…. We’re not sharing our knowledge just for funsies - It’s being provided to help you thrive in your hair endeavors.

Brunettes change drastically in different lighting (just as all colors do). 🤎🖤
🔎 Notice how my wife’s hair shows:
•TONS of dimension + warmth within her color formula in direct sunlight ☀️
•Appears medium chocolate brown on a cloud covered day ☁️
•And finally it looks like the darkest brown/black with ZERO dimension inside a room with incandescent lighting. 💡
The fact of it all:
Your hair color will appear different in ALL lighting and WILL vary day to day — light to light. Stylist CANNOT make your hair exactly one color and have it appear the exact same every place you go; every light you are under.
🧪 It’s science of light + color, reflection + refraction.
Not to mention: no one’s eyes will see the same color. (Example: some people need glasses - some don’t. Some people can see a wide variety of colors/shades - some can’t)

✨ 2025 Recap ✨
5 concerts, multiple trips, amazing experiences, and so many more memories.
Not to mention a crazy booked & busy work schedule. This year was a blast, it was challenging, with highs and lows but I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
Here’s to more moments like these in 2026.
