Reishi Oxymel 🌿

This is a slow crafted tonic made with my wildcrafted eishi, burdock root, nettle, rosehips, wild rose petals, ginger, raw honey, and apple cider vinegar!

This oxymel is a different expression of my beautiful reishi harvest 🩷

Traditionally, oxymels have been used as herbal tonics made by combining vinegar and honey to help extract and preserve the qualities of plants. This blend was created to be a daily tonic which is arming, gently stimulating, and supportive to digestion, circulation, and overall balance.

The burdock root and apple cider vinegar bring a rich, earthy depth and support healthy digestive function, while ginger adds warmth and brightness.
Nettle adds a nourishing mineral & iron rich foundation, and rosehips and wild rose bring a softer, uplifting quality to the blend.

Suggested use:
Take 1 1/2 - 1 teaspoon daily, either straight from the spoon or added to water, tea, or your favorite beverage.
Because this is a concentrated herbal preparation, start with a smaller amount if you are new to oxymels and increase as desired.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
Refrigeration is optional.
Shelf life is 9 months to a year!
Supply last about 2 months, give or take depending on your dosage.
