Karen’s care reaches far beyond our internal team. She is always willing to step in, support our salons, and do whatever it takes to ensure people feel seen, valued, and cared for. She reminds us that our guiding principles are not simply words - they are reflected in how we show up for our team, our salon owners, our artists, our guests, our communities, and one another.

She brings joy and light into the moments that need it most. She is a protector of peace, a steady source of encouragement, and often the person reminding all of us that caring for others must also include caring for ourselves.

Karen, thank you for checking in, going above and beyond, and helping create a culture where care is felt - not just spoken about. Your heart, thoughtfulness, and commitment continue to make a meaningful difference throughout our entire organization.
