Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hrs in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appt. Since the services are reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply

.-less than 24hrs notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
-"No Shows" will be a 75% charge of reserved service amount. The policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. As a courtesy, I will email or text you to confirm your service appt. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee. Clients Receive Discounts when I Cancel:
I stand by my policies, I feel that it is only fair that I honor the same policies to my clients, if for any reason I have to cancel on a client less than 24hrs before the appointment scheduled; I will honor 50% off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations out of my hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, sickness etc... that requires me to be gone during regular business hours, I would gladly reschedule your appointment and the 50% discount will NOT apply.
