Young living is something I personally love because when ever I feel stress, depression, anxiety, need help sleeping, needed that energy, have a cold, stuff up nose,headache and I get those alot, I love using young living essential oils because it really does work and has not let me down. My daughter was recently sick and I used lemon to help break her fever. I have had use Motrin already and Tylenol, but a friend told me lemon would help break her fever too. The fever would not stop and kept going high so I used not only medicine but my lemon essential oil too. You can find so many different oils and mix them together for many variety purposes. Absolutely.love suing Young Living. It's helps withy allergies so much, and my anxiety.
But their is so much more these essential oils can do for your overall health.

Used this last night. From the weather here going from raining to sunny and hot my allergies are crazy. Breathing this in the fresh air of my bathroom to my bedroom. It smells so nice. And the peppermint really helps open my nose air way.
