Step 7: Moisturizer/SPF!! Do not forget your sunscreen!! Make sure you use the correct moisturizer for your skin. If you are using moisturizer and spf separately, make sure to apply the spf last!

Step 6: Serum! Serums are great to pack in active ingredients into your skincare routine. They can be pretty strong so some should be used more sparingly. Try it with some facial rollers!

Step 5: Face Masque!! Choose a masque that targets your specific concerns and apply it with your hands or facial tools! While it’s sitting try to do something relaxing while you wait. Masque’s usually stay on around 5-10 minutes.

Step 4: Massage!! Working out the knots in my client’s muscles is such an enjoyable part of my services. I love being able to provide that relief for people. It’s such a treat during a service like this!

Step 3: Exfoliation! You can use a manual or chemical exfoliant, depending on the skin concern you want to target. This step really makes all the difference in the world.
