Okkkkk.. need I say more? 💋😍

These lips need no caption, but let’s chat. Some may look at these lips and say “oh she had such great lips it’s easy to shape them.” And while yes, she has naturally beautiful full lips, these took a lot of subtle tweaks and very carefully placed struts of filler to manipulate the tissue.

I used a blend of two different types of filler to accomplish her goals, which were:
✅ achieve closer to a 50/50 split
✅ keep her natural rounded borders
✅ heighten the top lip
✅ correct slight asymmetry
✅ plump & hydrate overall

*these photos are immediately before and after injection* swelling will reduce by 20% over the next two weeks.

This mother daughter duo is one of our very own. Sami, on the left, is one of our PAs, and her beautiful mother is on the right. Are they twins or what? 😍

As we age our bones recess, our muscles thin, and our fat pads separate & slide due to how our ligament support changes. Our skin also becomes thinner and often damaged due to sun exposure, contributing to static lines, or lines at rest.

We used Botox to target her forehead, glabella, brow, and crows feet, and 7 syringes of HA filler to address her cheeks, jawline, chin, temples, marionettes, and smile/lip lines.

Can’t wait to see her healed results in a few weeks… but for now can we adore how cute these two are? 🤩

This patient came to me with concerns of her nasolabial folds becoming more prominent.

Did you know that we have fat pads in our face, and as we age they separate and slide? This is often responsible for heaviness in the lower face.

By adding filler we are able to help prop up the tissues to where they once were. People with fuller cheeks are often afraid when I tell them I want to do cheek filler because they fear it will make them rounder, when in reality it adds contour.

0.3 ml was used on the right medial cheek and 0.7 ml on the left to help correct subtle asymmetries.

Did you know that as we age we lose volume in all areas of the face, including the lips? I often have patients tell me “my lips used to be so much fuller” and that they don’t like how “wrinkly” their lips look.

1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra XC was used to add volume and hydration. Additionally, I used a small amount of the syringe to help correct the down turned corners of the mouth as this was something that bothered her.
